[Indulgence] Shut Up
I have one plastic brown-crepe-paper-wrapped container, carrying my poster colours (something which I never know how to use it properly and artistically), and on the outside I wrote 'SHUT UP'. I didn't take any photos of it, so I couldn't show you.
I did a series of doodles named 'Shut Up' too, using dolls with sewn mouths as models.
Have you ever tell others to shut up? I did, but not much. I tell myself to shut up more. Because my mind's too noisy. Sometimes we just need to sew up our mouths in order to finish our work effectively.
Here are the doodles. Click the images for larger version (linked to original link).

I really really like the blue and purple one. The colours are so nicely blended. And with that little touch of teh-tariking. ^^ I wanna see more!!
Hehe thanks a lot. *bows*
But actually I paid least concentration on the second one, 'cause someone was talking to me that time. Actually I didn't spend much time on the colouring anyway, hehe, less than 15 minutes I think for each. Probably the sketch is around 30 minutes. I forgot, heh.
And it seems like most of you like the second one more... hehe, I like the pose, but I don't really like the hair + paint turned out, it's not as nice as I expected.
But the results of the blue-purple blend is better than I thought. :)
While my personal favourite is Shut Up 01. I think I just like the bandaged legs.
LoL... haven't commented on anyone's blogs for AGES...
i like shut up 03 :D
Hmm it's ok, I understand... it's d...o...t...a...
And thank you ^^ I enjoy the red in Shut Up 03. Hehe.
I like the hair of the first one but my personal favourite is still #02. I like the way the chemical things seem to be poured out. Got a sense of randomness.
I love #1.
It looks how I feel... well... looks like how I would want to feel. Mouth closed but doesn't look too distressed or upset by it. I wish I could sew my mouth closed some days, but I don't sew. Not even the holes in my socks.
If God had wanted us to sew, he wouldn't have invented the stapler.

I love the hair of the first one too, hehe. It was originally some random doodles before I thought of the Shut Up series. My idea is only some paint or powder, but I would gladly accept the more interesting term - the chemicals, because it widens the possibility. :)

Thanks, I sew but it's only some rough work. But I like the feel of poking the needle into something and connects them with a string. And you can simply pull out the whole string by pulling one of the ends.
But of course, a stapler will do a good job too, neat and efficient. :)
By the way, I don't sew the holes in my socks too, hehe.
OMG!!! It's not meant to be a chemical!?! But but...she (can be he also) has the whole bad scientist/frankenstein look! :O
Well I did mention 'shut up and paint' in the description in DA. :)
I'm happy that you are seeing something different, something out of the box... well, it's a good thing actually, don't be so surprised... hehe.
She or it (since she's a doll) is a good girl (seeing her uniform-like dress) who doesn't talk and play as a painter obediently, and playing with the paint (in a teh-tarik way) at the same time.
ei... nice leh. like comic book characters. oh shut up already. hehehe...
Thank you...
